Our Experience
At AllCare Pharmacy in Clane, we envisioned a space that goes beyond traditional pharmacy design, tapping into principles of neuroarchitecture and human-centric design. Inspired by ideas from AB+AC Architects, we aimed to create an environment that doesn’t just serve its functional purpose but actively supports mental and physical wellbeing.
RBK sought to break the mould of the traditional, old-fashioned accountancy office. Opening their first Dublin office in a prime location, their vision was to create a contemporary, dynamic workspace that could accommodate a diverse range of staff, from trainees to managing partners. The challenge was to foster a collaborative work environment that would maintain a clear hierarchy without creating barriers between different levels of staff, ensuring effective oversight and support for trainees while promoting teamwork across departments.
We partnered with Mowlam Healthcare, an Irish-owned leader in clinical care, to redesign their network across Ireland. The vision was to create spaces that not only enhance health outcomes but also provide a calming, inclusive, and familiar environment for the residents.
The vision for the Wayra Office was to establish it as an accelerator hub for startups, embodying a - theatrical startup design.
Sobo Works, strategically located in the Silicon Docks amidst tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Twitter, represents a unique fusion of historical architecture and modern workplace design. We transformed a repurposed warehouse into a vibrant hub of innovation and luxury, tailored for the dynamic tech community. The vision was to create a space that not only meets the functional demands of tech professionals but also inspires creativity and collaboration through its edgy and contemporary aesthetic.
The aim was to tailor the McCauley Charlemont Street branch to serve as a model for neurodiverse-friendly design, encouraging easy navigation and interaction within a community-focused environment.

The Merrion Buildings, an example of Dublin’s fine Georgian architecture, were transformed by Synnott Design into a modern business haven that melds historical elegance with cutting-edge office facilities. The vision was to create a workspace that not only aligns with the building's grandeur but also supports the high-energy, innovative work culture of its occupants. Each design element was thoughtfully chosen to enhance the architectural integrity while providing a state-of-the-art work environment.
The General Post Office, an emblematic site of Irish history, was envisioned to become a cornerstone of cultural heritage tourism in Dublin. Synnott Design focused on revitalising the GPO with modern amenities while preserving its historic essence, turning it into an interactive hub that educates visitors about Ireland’s past with the latest technology.
