His background in industrial and commercial design, including roles at Tefen UK and McCabe Design Partnership, equips him with the experience to design occupant-friendly, inclusive spaces. With a first in Industrial Design from NCAD and a postgraduate diploma in Fire Safety Practice from Trinity College, Stephen is passionate about delivering beauty in parallel with functionality. He has developed relationships with clients that span decades, as his approach is collaborative and solutions-focused. This creativity and openness, combined with his process-driven approach to project management, ensures that the highest standards of communication and quality are delivered. With her deep-rooted expertise in design and project management, Ali has been a dynamic force in the design industry since graduating top of her class from NCAD in 2005. At McCabe Design Partnership, she rose from junior to mid-senior level, masterfully crafting spaces that capture the essence of diverse brands. Now a seasoned freelance professional specialising in commercial interiors and international exhibition stands, Ali continues to shape environments from concept to completion. Her skills in 3D modelling and visual creation, coupled with a recent certification in User Research & User Experience Design, enable her to deliver designs that are both innovative and attuned to user needs.
