In this phase we review tender returns culminating in a tender report submission followed by a client review, ensuring every stakeholder is aligned before final project approval.

Following thorough reviews and approvals, the project moves into the construction phase. This includes contractor lead-in and detailed fit-out plans, laying the groundwork for a successful build that adheres to our exacting standards and client expectations.
