Creating Efficient and Inspiring Workspaces

NTR, a forward-thinking investment company specialising in the green energy sector, envisioned a headquarters that would represent its dual identity: a secure financial institution and a leader in sustainable investments. The goal was to design a space that spoke directly to potential investors, conveying trust and stability while showcasing NTR’s commitment to a greener future. Key design elements like natural stone, oak finishes, greenery, and circular lighting were chosen to echo this balance between traditional values and modern sustainability.

The office needed to feel like more than just a workspace; it had to spread the ethos of security, innovation, and environmental responsibility to reinforce NTR as a reliable partner in green investment.

RBK sought to break the mould of the traditional, old-fashioned accountancy office. Opening their first Dublin office in a prime location, their vision was to create a contemporary, dynamic workspace that could accommodate a diverse range of staff, from trainees to managing partners. The challenge was to foster a collaborative work environment that would maintain a clear hierarchy without creating barriers between different levels of staff, ensuring effective oversight and support for trainees while promoting teamwork across departments.

Sobo Works, strategically located in the Silicon Docks amidst tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Twitter, represents a unique fusion of historical architecture and modern workplace design. We transformed a repurposed warehouse into a vibrant hub of innovation and luxury, tailored for the dynamic tech community. The vision was to create a space that not only meets the functional demands of tech professionals but also inspires creativity and collaboration through its edgy and contemporary aesthetic.

The Merrion Buildings, an example of Dublin’s fine Georgian architecture, were transformed by Synnott Design into a modern business haven that melds historical elegance with cutting-edge office facilities. The vision was to create a workspace that not only aligns with the building's grandeur but also supports the high-energy, innovative work culture of its occupants. Each design element was thoughtfully chosen to enhance the architectural integrity while providing a state-of-the-art work environment.

The vision for the Wayra Office was to establish it as an accelerator hub for startups, embodying a - theatrical startup design.
